The final price, payment schedule, scope, deliverables, and commercial terms will be confirmed in writing before the engagement begins.

Both parties agree to take reasonable measures to protect confidential information received from the other party.
Confidential information may include business strategies, financial information, processes, customer information, internal documentation, operational information, and other non-public information.
Where appropriate, the parties may enter into a separate NDA.
VBOG may recommend or use third-party software, platforms, applications, contractors, consultants, or services.
Third-party services remain subject to their respective terms.
VBOG is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, modifications, discontinuation, or failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Testimonials, case studies, examples, screenshots, and client experiences represent specific circumstances.
They are not guarantees of future performance or results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VBOG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data arising from use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent legally permissible, VBOG's aggregate liability arising from a specific paid engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid for that engagement.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify VBOG and its representatives against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of our website or services, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
