VBOG provides a milestone-based value commitment for the 90 Days Growth Sprint.
If the client reasonably determines that the agreed engagement has not provided reasonable value relative to the applicable milestone's agreed scope, deliverables, and work performed, the client may submit a refund request.
Any approved refund will be calculated on a milestone-based prorated basis.
